Customer Service Executives (Contract)
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints for missing wrong cases, Delivery, Return/Refund and other inquires
- To manage enquiries for missing wrong cases, Delivery, Return/Refund, General and other inquires.
- Drive for resolution for any customer complaints within specified time frame
- Compile, document and report the escalation cases on customer complaints or enquiries to Team Leader or Manager
- Team and Individual performance will be measured on metrics, agent to perform and meet metrics set. Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations
- Work closely with inter-departments to drive and reduce number of escalations, and improve internal processes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or SPM with working experience.
- Able to read & write good English.
