Job Description:

· Responsible for supporting Microsoft partner marketing activities related to South Asia Small Medium Business & Relationship.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent

• At least 3-5 years of related working experience

• Good knowledge on Microsoft Office will be essential

Customer Service Executives (Contract)

Job Description:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints for missing wrong cases, Delivery, Return/Refund and other inquires

• To manage enquiries for missing wrong cases, Delivery, Return/Refund, General and other inquires.

• Drive for resolution for any customer complaints within specified time frame

• Compile, document and report the escalation cases on customer complaints or enquiries to Team Leader or Manager

• Team and Individual performance will be measured on metrics, agent to perform and meet metrics set. Responsible for setting realistic customer expectations, and meeting or exceeding these expectations

• Work closely with inter-departments to drive and reduce number of escalations, and improve internal processes

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or SPM with working experience.

• Able to read & write good English.

• Preferably with customer care and service experience.

• Good team player and fast learner.

• Able to start to work immediately.

IT Developers (Contract Position)
